Use CloneCD and Daemon Tools. That's what I do. The reason why I now store all my DVDs on disk as Divx files started as an idea to run games off my harddisk as ISO images using Daemon tools. Now all of my DVDs and games are run exclusively off disk, and accessible to any machine on my network.
